What is a PDA?

Nicolasa Henke: A PDA is an organizer. Not all PDAs can make calls.

Sharie Sommerville: PDA stands for Personal Data Assistant. Not all PDA's are phones! Try the website below. They have a very good explanation of what PDA's are and how they work. They also have an RSS feed to get updates since this website continually add new information.

Lenard Ginyard: PDA is more for note keeping. A palm computer. I would suggest a cell for kiddos that have to be away from parents for extended periods of time. There are several options like the Disney phone or Verizon has a tracking device to keep track of where the kids are. I would use Strict Guidelines for use.
