answers 0:Ok so i have a friend she works at a Dental office as a Dental Assistant and both she and her coworks haven't gotten paid for two months now, ONLY the Doctors are getting paid?, the boss hands out checks but there isn't enough money in the account to pay the assistants yet the Dental office is very busy everyday with patients, Someone had went and ask the boss about it and she said the insurance company haven't been paying out the money to them, And what makes it even worse the boss NEVER calls a meeting and explain anything to the workers, If someone don't ask her something she says nothing. She will have to give her information because there is no other way for them to investigate. It's not like she shou! ld be worried about losing the job, she is not getting paid an! yway.answers 4:You should contact the Department of Labor in your state. Any information you provide them is confidential, they can not tell the company who turned them in. Explain when you contact them that you don't want to jeopardize your job, you just want to be paid.Good luckYour state's attorney generals office should also be told.answers 5:Yes you can stay anonymous, just give them all the details, of how long it's been since you have been paid, all they need is the address and name of the dental office, I've done it myself with no trouble at all, no one works for nothing, if anything the bosses should be the ones giving up their pay, to insure that you and the assistants get theirs.
